Paintings

Original abstract paintings by me, Emma. My work is primarily abstract and my process is exploratory, using a variety of techniques and materials. I like to think of my paintings as imagined landscapes and I draw inspiration from both nature and manmade structures. Each piece can be experienced from a distance as a whole image, but like any landscape, they are full of exciting details that may only be discovered if you slow down and take a closer look.
