Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us at shopwoodnote@gmail.com to start a return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and identify the best way to move forward.
