Shipping policy
Domestic
- Shipping is a flat rate of $6 for US orders. Free shipping for orders over $100 (excluding art).
- Ready to hang art shipping - $15 flat rate for all US orders.
- Free Portland, ME pickup available at checkout.
- We ship majority of orders through USPS Ground Advantage and occasionally use UPS for larger orders. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.
Canada
- Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for orders to Canada. Please note that this is an estimate and includes insurance. If the actual shipping cost is lower, you will be refunded the difference. If the actually shipping cost is significantly higher, an additional shipping fee may be required.
- Contact us for custom shipping quotes for original art.
- Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes.
Other Info
- Most orders will be processed within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated) but please be mindful that we are a small business.
- Once your package is received by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We have no control over how long it will take to arrive and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check the tracking information provided to get updates about your order. If you are concerned about your order, contact us at shopwoodnote@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
International Orders
