How long will my order take to arrive?

Our lead time for shipping is typically 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product. We ship most orders through USPS First Class Mail, which usually is delivered within 5 business days. Once an order ships, it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not have international shipping enabled at checkout, but we are happy to ship internationally by special request. Please contact us if you are interested in placing and international order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $4 for all US orders under $80. For orders over $80, shipping within the US is free.

How will my order be packaged?

We strive to ship all orders plastic free. We use 100% recycled paperboard rigid mailers and 100% recycled content cardboard boxes for most orders. For tape, we use fun custom Kraft paper tape that is recyclable. We save the boxes and packing material that our supplies come in, and occasionally reuse these materials for shipping larger orders.

What is a tea towel?

Also referred to as kitchen or dish towels, hand towels, or decorative towels, a tea towel is a versatile flour sack cotton cloth. They are modeled after vintage grain sacks made of tightly woven cotton, making them absorbent and durable. Tea towels have a variety of uses from drying glassware to covering rising dough.
